What is your part as a parent?
You are big part of the success. Whitout your help and care you child will get the fraction of what he/she could otherwise. So I would ask you to sit with us, watch and listen and also practice at home with your child.
If you have teenagers: be sensitive and figure out what is best for him/her. You might consider giving them more space so that they can develop more self responsibility.
